The Auld Alliance Cricket Coaching Academy is a 10-month player development programme designed to give ambitious young cricketers high-quality coaching, competitive opportunities and year-round support.

Academy players benefit from a programme that goes far beyond weekly coaching, combining structured winter development with match opportunities, training camps, technology and access to an international cricket network.

🏏 What’s Included

20 Weeks of Winter Training
Structured weekly coaching focused on developing the technical, tactical and physical skills needed to take your game forward.

• U16 Academy: 2 hours of coaching each week
• U12 Academy: 1 hour of coaching each week

☀️ Pre-Season Training Camp
Academy players come together for an intensive pre-season camp, providing additional coaching and preparation ahead of the summer.

🏆 Summer Fixtures & Training Days
Development doesn't stop when winter training finishes. Players have access to Academy fixtures and dedicated training days throughout the summer.

🌍 Global Cricket Opportunities
Academy players can be invited to represent Auld Alliance Cricket Coaching as part of our U16 Global Cricket Series squad, creating opportunities to play, train and experience cricket beyond the local game.

Global Cricket Series tours and trips carry additional costs.

Our Academy is fully supported and powered by Ludimos, bringing professional-level digital player development into our coaching programme.

Every player has access to a dedicated digital lane, allowing players and coaches to:

• Track development and progress
• Analyse performance
• Identify individual strengths
• Target areas for improvement
• Share coaching feedback and video
• Celebrate milestones throughout the season

It means development doesn't simply happen during Academy sessions — players and coaches can remain connected throughout the programme.

🌎 A Worldwide Coaching & Scouting Network

Being part of the Academy also opens the door to a much wider cricketing network.

Players can gain access to world-class coaches from around the world, bringing different experiences, ideas and perspectives into their development.

Academy players also become part of the Ludimos scouting network, providing another platform through which their development and performances can be recognised.

Academy membership also includes official Academy clothing, giving every player the opportunity to train and represent the Academy as part of the squad.

The Academy operates as a 10-month cohort, with membership conveniently paid monthly by Direct Debit.

U16 Academy — £100 per month
2 hours weekly winter coaching + full Academy programme

U12 Academy — £50 per month
1 hour weekly winter coaching + full Academy programme
