AACC U14 FRANCE 2026 - Day 5
AACC FRANCE TOUR – FINAL DAY… WELL, FOR SOME!
What a way to finish a brilliant week!
This morning it was off to Ribérac Market, where the boys enjoyed wandering around, picking up a few last-minute French goodies and souvenirs before heading back to Chez Morand for one final afternoon of sunshine, laughs and pool madness. 
Then came the bit nobody really wanted…
Bags packed
Vengabus loaded
Bordeaux bound
Despite the traffic jams heading back towards Chez Morand, the run to Bordeaux Airport itself went smoothly and the players are now safely dropped off ready for their flight home. 
Tour complete! 
Well…
For the players anyway. 
Because just when the admin team thought they could relax, a last-minute ferry change threw one final curveball into proceedings.
Our return north suddenly needs to happen rather quicker than planned to make the Saturday lunchtime ferry from Dieppe. 
So back at Chez Morand it was…
One VERY last dip in the pool
Frantic final packing
Bus loaded at record speed
Caffeine levels prepared for launch
And now…
THE OVERNIGHT DRIVE HOME BEGINS!
Step forward our intrepid road-trip trio…

Scotland somewhere considerably further north.
GO ON BOYS… GET THAT VENGABUS HOME!
What a week. What a tour. What a group.
The players’ French adventure may be ending… but the admin party’s adventure has just entered extra time!
